Before taking on this complete renovation project, a local real estate agent labeled this house “the home that nobody wanted.”  Amy saw appeal and potential, not to mention the location – on one of the most desired streets in Bedford, Massachusetts, within walking distance to the center of town!

With this house, we added a three-floor addition that included a two car garage, a large open floor plan kitchen/dining room/living room, and a master suite. The electrical was updated and new windows, heating system and central air-conditioning were installed. The basement was finished into a mudroom and living space. The interior and exterior were painted, landscaping updated, and a large deck was built for entertaining. We trimmed this colonial with custom window boxes and a red door.
